Stock, Refunds, & Returns
Stock:
- Stock for most items is very limited, with most items being made as one of a kind.

If you see something you like that is sold out, feel free to reach out to me through the contact form or on instagram! I can usually make the same pieces again or something very similar if I do not have the exact materials on hand.
Shipping:

Once the order status shows "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to the address provided upon purchase, Mistmoon is not responsible for replacing or refunding the merchandise.

In the case the shipping carrier is responsible for a failed delivery, please notify me as soon as possible through the contact form and Mistmoon will gladly accommodate you either through replacement of the product first or a full refund if the product is no longer available

Domestic:

United States packages are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage packages are usually delivered within 2-5 business days and come with USPS Tracking Service. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for processing/handling time. For made to order pieces please allow up to a week for processing time.
International:
International packages are shipped using USPS International and come with a USPS tracking number. Delivery time can vary widely based on your location. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for processing/handling time.
